Most orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. The shipping company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or due to refused delivery, your order will be subject to our return policy as follows: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling plus 10% restocking fees.
Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit on the amount you paid less shipping and handling (both ways) and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
This rule applies under both refused delivery and failed delivery attempts.
